Rocker type spot welders Rocker type spot welders
The rocker arm type is the most commonly used stationary resistance welding machine. The upper arm is pivoted at the top front of the frame. The lower arm is usually mounted horizontally and can generally be adjusted on a front vertical column for work clearance. [To read more, click on picture]
Seam welders Seam welders
A standard Seam Welder is usually built on a press type welder frame, but the upper and lower electrode holders or platens are replaced with welding wheels mounted on shafts rotating in current carrying bearings. These wheels are driven by motor gear. [To read more, click on picture]
Suspended Gun type spot welders Suspended Gun type spot welders
Suspended gun type spot welders are used for their mobility and their ease of movements for large or complex assemblies. The gun type welder can be mounted on a balancer to ease the vertical movements and on an overhead travelling crane for horizontal movements. [To read more, click on picture]
Butt and flash-butt welders Butt and flash-butt welders
Butt welders are used for welding parts end-to-end, usually metal wires. It uses electrode-clamps that hold the parts and inject current until the point of fusion of the materials. It then brings the parts together to be joined. [To read more, click on picture]
Capacitive discharge and micro welders Capacitive discharge and micro welders
Capacitive Discharge spot welders are one of the most cost-effective welding solutions for fine-spot resistance welding. Whether you are manufacturing battery packs or microscopic assemblies, Capacitive Discharge spot welders are the most affordable, precision fine-spot resistance welders on the market. Techno-Control Cybernetic: Always your resistance welding partner

The last few months has brought several changes in the world’s economy and consequently among our clients. We make a point of encouraging our clients and partners by helping them face the competition by improving their productivity, their flexibility of production as well as their ability to quickly make change over (for low volume or custom made products). In resistance welding, there are many ways to gain these advantages: Acquiring new and technologically more advanced equipment; the automation or rebuilding of your welding machines and equipment; also, thorough maintenance of your existing welders; and proper training of your staff in the basics of resistance welding. Whatever your budget or your strategies, we are and remain your partner in resistance welding. So don’t hesitate to contact us to get all the help you can get to produce more, more rapidly and at a better cost. [www.techno-control.com]

Gamma 2: The new series of resistance welding controllers by Techno-Control Cybernetic

Techno-Control Cybernetic launched its new resistance welding controller: “The Gamma 2”. This new series of controller combines the same advantages and benefit that made the original Gamma Series, which include low price, efficiency, and now adds the following characteristics: An integrated pulsation unit (pulser), parameters for cooling between the pulses and almost 10 times more welding programs (up to 99 programs available).

The new Gamma 2 Series by Techno-Control Cybernetic is available now. Contact us for more details. [www.techno-control.com]

Did you know…

… that there are several classes of copper in the electrodes that we sell?

Class 1, 2 and 3 are the most common. Here are their characteristics:

  • Class 1: Softer material than classes 2 or 3; more electrical conductivity; Better adapted for aluminium; less durable than the other copper classes because of its density.
  • Class 2: Harder material and a little less electrical conductivity than class 1; better adapted for steel, stainless and galvanized steel; more popular; better availability; universal electrodes; with an average lifespan.
  • Class 3: Harder material and less electrical conductivity than class 2; better adapted for the stainless and steel; has good lifespan.

There are 14 different copper classes available on the market, each with its own properties and specific applications in resistance welding. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need more details. [www.techno-control.com]

[http://www.techno-control.com]
