Standard terms and conditions contract from Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc.

The "Return Merchandise Policy" does not replace the "STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTRACT OF TECHNO-CONTROL CYBERNETIC INC." that are applicable for any resistance welding controllers or equipment designed and manufactured by Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc.. If the present policy enters in contradiction with the terms of this contract, then the latter will be applied.

Limited Warranty

The limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc and to products that have been submitted to normal use. Some manufacturers and providers of products supplied by Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc can request that a defective product be sent to their facility for repairs or replacement, or have different terms to their warranty. Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc is limited by the manufacturer's warranty and must respect it.

Techno-Control Cybernetic's warranty is void if:

• There is a physical damage to the product;

• The serial number is removed or erased form the product;

• A seal is broken;

• Repairs, modifications or adjustments have been executed on the product by someone else other than Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc without its prior authorization;

• Any electrical irregularities or other abusive use.

Damaged merchandise when receiving

All claims for damaged merchandise when receiving must be done to the transport company. We recommend you to take pictures of the damaged package before opening it to make your claim to the transport company.

Return of merchandise

The return of merchandise must be done within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.

There can be no return for the following merchandise:

• Customized electrodes;

• Any special order (for parts that are not usually kept in stock).

All return of merchandise must be authorized by Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc. The buyer must contact Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc to make a request and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any merchandise. This number must accompany the returned merchandise and must be used in any communication with Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc.

The merchandise must be in its original package, including all manuals, accessories, stickers, etc.

If the wrong product was sent to the buyer, Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc will give full refund to the buyer, and will pay the shipping for the return of the merchandise and will ship the right product using his own transport. The buyer must make sure that his order is exact. In case of doubt, the buyer must contact Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc before sending his purchase order.

For all other return of merchandise, a restocking fee of 25% (minimum 50$) will be applied and Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc will not pay for shipping charges. Credits, if any, will be applied on the buyer's account. No cheques will be emitted for return of merchandise.

In the case where the buyer has an urgent need to replace a part for which a return has been authorized, the part sent as replacement will be invoiced. The returned part will be credited if it meets the conditions of this policy.

Any exchange of a resistance welding controller manufactured by Techno-Control Cybernetic Inc doe not affect its warranty period. The warranty period ends one (1) year after the initial purchase even when there is an exchange or a repair.
